This course is aimed at teenagers, and is designed to help build life skills that are important for self confidence.

So it’s time to ask yourself…

How confident am I? How good do I feel about myself? How good is my posture? How well do I use body language? How well do I communicate? Do I give the right impression to people? Do I want to learn something new?

If there’s anything you’d like to improve on then it’s time to consider this course!
